Shipping is via UPS insured unless buyer prefers a different carrier. The buyer is responsible for all custom and import fees.

Limited warranty: Artist warrants to art patron that her artwork will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, for a period of the life of the Artist, from the date of Artist’s/Galleries delivery of the artwork to the delivery point (the “warranty period“). The artist also intentionally have used in some work non-traditional experimental material that might adjust over time in appearance – this is the full intent of the artist to incorporate time into the work. There is no warranty in cases of negligence, abuse, abnormal usage, misuse, acts and disasters of nature, bug infestation, accidents and alterations of the artwork, failure to follow artist’s instructions or improper storage. Any oral or written description of the artwork is for the sole purpose of identifying the artwork and shall not be construed as a warranty of those product characteristics or otherwise. Artist’s sole and exclusive obligation (and art patron’s sole and exclusive remedy) under this warranty shall be, upon prompt written notice received by artist during the warranty period of any breach, to either, at artist’s option, repair, correct or replace without charge, f.o.b. Artist’s facility, any defective product expressly warranted herein by artist against defects and found by artist in its sole discretion to be defective and covered by this warranty. The Artist instructs the following for the life of the artwork:
A relatively dry (30-40% relative humidity), cool (room temperature or below), clean, and stable environment (avoid attics, basements, and other locations with high risk of leaks and environmental extremes)
Minimal exposure to all kinds of light; no exposure to direct or intense light; Fabric Photo-montages should not be stored in complete darkness.
Proper distance from air conditioners, radiators and vents
Minimal exposure to industrial (particularly sulfur-containing) atmospheric pollutants and cigarette smoke.
In the case of conservation and renovation of the artwork the integrity of the concept of the artwork should prevail over material and cannot be altered and must stay true to the Artist’s intent.
