Part of the Valdez Earth Studies series. Created alongside the Mountain Shrine project in Valdez, this series combines locally harvested adobe with found objects and fragments of Abiquiú mica. Each work explores the meeting of earth, memory, adornment, and material return.

One of my works currently on display at the Orlando Museum of Art - Reposted • @coralieccg We just opened “10 from Florida” at OMA yesterday, featuring the work of ten past Florida Prize artists whose work has been gifted to OMA over the years. A great reminder that exciting museum collections are the result not only of important acquisitions but also of generous philanthropic endeavors in the form of both of monetary donations and stellar art pieces. In this end of year, I want to thank the artists, donors and galleries who have contributed to building the museum’s collection 💙

The Unbearable Weight of Expectations presents the work of five US-based culturally diverse artists, Santina Amato, Katya Grokhovsky, Anja Marais, Jiwon Rhie, and Manal Shoukair. The exhibition explores the excessive and unrelenting burden of stereotypes, standards, and particular rules and expectations society places upon the notion of femininity and womanhood, through a variety of mediums, including painting, photography, sculpture, installation, and video.

The exhibition in this gallery is called "Open Wall" and is part of the Harwood 100 Museum Celebration. It honors the tradition of members hanging their work in the museum. It is a joy to exhibit along so many other New Mexico artists.
